Jessica Schultz is a leadership specialist, NLP coach, trainer and speaker with 20 years of experience working with organisational and individual development and growth. She is a certified NLP practitioner and has a degree in sociology, knowledge she brings into her work both in her coaching and mastermind groups. Jessica is known for her compassionate professionalism, her analytical and creative approach, always with the human in focus identifying the best solution forward.

Jessica offers one-on-one coaching, on-line and off-line workshops and mastermind groups for women.

How did you become a coach?

“I have been coaching managers and professionals within the organizational context as a part of my HR roles since 2008 but I have always been interested in helping people reach their full potential.

At the beginning of my career I did not realize that coaching could be a career and profession on its own. Now when I do, I just love supporting people in reaching their full potential. In 2017 decided that I needed a coach myself, and this was my best decision ever.

Why did I decide to get a coach for myself? I had been working on with my own consultancy since 2014, and my business did not move in the direction I wanted. At the same time, I found myself being burnout of from stress. I am not sure having a coach earlier would have stopped me from getting burnout, but I am 100 % certain that she was the one who helped me getting back in shape as fast as I did.

She helped me in identifying what habits got me the situation I ended up in. She also helped me with a strategy moving forward. I believe that I would not have come this far in my life without a coach by my side. And three years later, I still work with the same coach. 

I am convinced that everyone needs a coach, and my coach Mandy has been supporting me in taking my life and business to the next level. I cannot imagine to be without her.

Since 2017 I have made it my commitment and mission to help entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, corporate executives and others become “the best version of themselves” by recognizing their gifts, changing their mind-set, identifying restricting habits and becoming more accountable to themselves and those around them.”

About Jessica

Jessica is a global woman even though she was born in Stockholm, Sweden.

Her curiosity and passion for travels took her to New Zealand in 1998. She ended up staying for almost four years, first as a student and later working within HR. In New Zealand she met Rupert who later became the father of her two children. To live in another country very far away from the comfort of her home taught her a lot about herself, who she is and what she wants in life. She learnt that anything is possible, and everyone has all the resources within themselves to create their dreamlife.

She is a true people’s person and loves meeting new people. This is why she has chosen to work with people and having a degree in Sociology has made this possible. Jessica’s professional work has mainly been within the HR field where she has supported and coached managers and professionals in the business context. She is known for her authenticity, integrity, professional and compassionate approach. From her travels, time spent overseas and different organizations and corporations where she has worked, she has developed a cultural awareness that she brings into all meetings. One of her strengths is that she has the ability to meet people where they are and guide them forward wherever they want to go.

Start every morning with focus on how you want your day​

Physical activity is best done in the morning

Do some yoga, stretches or go for a walk. Or why not a run or a visit to the gym? If you can´t fit it into your morning routine, do it sometime during the day.

Laugh and have fun as much as possible

Don´t take yourself, situations or life too seriously. A smile goes a long way!

Lead with your heart

Show up and be the best version of yourself. A positive mindset is a choice and you have the power to choose!

The book “The power and health of womanity is a book initiative by Global Woman Club where I am one of the co-authors. Together with eight other women from all over the world, I am sharing my story and experiences about how to create a fulfilling life, where you can align your body mind and soul so you can succeed both in your personal and professional lives.

I am a member of the Global Women Club in Stockholm, and this also mean that I am connected to a unique global community where I have friends all over the world! This is a community with true female leaders who support each other in many ways. I get support to grow my business, I get inspiration and connect to likeminded professionals around the world. This community is just perfect for me who love to share ideas, experiences with others and by this grow as a person.
